The Breeder(s) certifies that this puppy has been examined by a licensed Veterinarian and is of sound health and temperament at the time of purchase.  The health certificate or Vet Statement will be given to the Purchaser and a shot record showing what vaccines and dewormings were administered to the puppy.  The puppy therefore will have received the proper vaccinations for his/her age.  We do not let our pups go to their new home before they are at least 9 weeks of age; tinier puppies cannot leave before 12 weeks or longer, depending on how well they are eating on their own.

The Breeder(s) guarantees the puppy against the following infections for a period of 10 days (Parvo, Distemper, Rabies), no other infectious diseases or viruses are covered under this guarantee and the purchaser accepts this agreement.  The Breeder(s) is not responsible for the associated charges such as shipping or veterinarian fees or mental stress....or Low blood sugar.

Loose stools or coccidia can be caused by stress and can develop within hours into transport and has nothing to do with good or bad breeding.  We recommend that a stool sample be analysed within 72 hours of the puppy arriving to his/her new home.  This is to assure that the puppy has no internal intestinal parasites...therefore all puppies going to new homes need a stool sample analyzed by the Purchasers Veterinarian to make sure the puppy has not developed any such problems.  This as well as all other tests, are the responsibility of the Purchaser.  If such a problem arises, the Purchaser takes full responsibility to care for the puppy and will not hold the Breeder(s) accountable in any way.  The Breeder(s) has administered only the basic deworming product recommended by the Breeders' Vet and cannot be held accountable for a problem arising after the puppy is delivered to the Purchaser.  The Guarantee does not cover parasites internal or external.

The Breeder(s) highly recommends the Purchaser seek the services of a Veterinarian that is knowledgeable about this tiny breed in order to avoid any serious problems.

The Breeeder(s) WILL NOT be accountable for adverse reactions that may occur because of vaccinations administered by the Purchaser's Veterinarian.  It is the responsibility of the purchaser to assure that  proper care is given should Hypoglycemia symptoms (low blood sugar) occur and the Purchaser agrees Not to hold the Breeder(s) accountable at any time if a vet service is required to care for the sick puppy.

This guarantee does not cover injuries caused by a fall or because the puppy was physically harmed in any way.  We recommend to never leave the puppy without proper care or supervision or left alone on a couch, table or bed, and the Breeder(s) recommends taking extra care when opening and closing doors!
This guarantee does not cover Allergies that the Purchaser or his family members may develop to the dog or cerebral injuries due to any circumstance.

A Show prospect does not mean he/she will WIN in the Show Ring; there are a lot of variables that are important that are not in our control when this dog is shown.

This DOES NOT COVER the following Minor flaws or any condition that is minor and those that can be corrected by Veterinarian intervention.
OPEN FONTANEL:  also known as the molera ( a soft spot on top of the head).  This spot may or may not gow completely closed in the chihuahua.  It is not a genetic defect but a unique feature of the chihuahua.
We cannot guarantee sizes as adults; we give estimated guesses.  The size chart posted on some websites are not always correct.......some chihuahua puppies can just stop growing and others get larger than expected.
TRACHEA:  small breeds do sometimes develop a peculiar cough; this is due to the collapse of tracheal rings; it can be annoying to the owner of the dog, but is not usually harmful to the dog.
HERNIAS;  (of any kind)
TESTICALS; (not descending)
PATELLA LUXATION;  In the event that the puppy develops this condition, too short or too long ligaments in the paw, feet or leg area, the Breeder(s) will not be held accountable and the Purchaser takes full responsibility if such a case should arise to have the puppy treated at his/her own expense.
**To Qualify for this Guarantee, you must have your puppy examined by a licensed Veterinarian of your choice within 72 hours of the date of purchase.

Your puppy has received either a microchip or tattoo for indentification purposes.
**Should the puppy be diagnosed within one year of any congenital/hereditary disorder which is considered by  two unassociated Veterinarians,  one being our Veterinarian if at all possible, to seriously impact the quality of life, short of euthanasia, or require continuous medical treatment throughout the course of the puppy's life, we will provide the buyer with these options:
    A.  Should the buyer choose to keep the puppy and accept partial refund, 50% of the purchase price, and return of CKC papers.
    B.  Should the buyer choose to give up ownership of the puppy to us, the Breeder, or it is euthanized, the Breeder will replace the puppy as soon as one becomes available to the Purchaser, and the Purchaser accepts this condition.  Proof of euthansia must be presented to the Breeder.
Any shipping expenses are the responsibility of the Purchaser and again, the CKC papers mus be signed back to the Breeder.
Size and Colour of a puppy cannot be guaranteed.

This chihuahua is sold with the understanding that the chihuahua will live INDOORS, be socialized properly, and become a member of the family.  This Chihuahua is NOT to be placed in an animal shelter of any kind, but returned to the Breeder(s) at no cost to the Breeder with all registration papers and Vet records, if you cannot keep it or find the chihuahua a good loving home.  You must inform the Breeder(s) of any such home the chihuahua will be going to.

After you read and understand and accept all aspects of this guarantee agreement, the Purchaser has agreed to the above terms by signing below.
